Organoleptic characteristics:
Our Fiano is often in bright straw yellow / gold. It has a delicate bouquet of tropical fruits, pineapples, pears and flowers such as acacia, on a background of hazelnuts, honey and toasted almonds. On the palate the wine is full, soft, fresh, clean and persistent. It has lively acidity and a hint of toasted walnuts and almond in the end;
Food pairing:
Thanks to the fullness of its body and to the hints of hazelnuts, this wine fits well with rich fish dishes, with seafood, white meats and poultry. It's Ideal with different types of salads and fresh cheese also. Very suitable as an aperitif, it also accompanies small pastries.
