Conquer the Platinum Medal Best in Show DECANTER 2017 – Best Italian red variatale – the Sannio Aglianico 2015 by ROSSOVERMIGLIO.
The Sannio Aglianico DOC ’15 ROSSOVERMIGLIO climbs on the highest podium of the DECANTER ASIA WINE AWARD awards and it is the first time ever that the title is assigned to the wine of a Samnite company.

To get the recognition, the Sannio Aglianico DOC of Rossovermiglio has passed a very strict selection by experts and qualified international jurors. After a first attribution of the scores, all the wines that have obtained the gold medal have been tasted again and among these selected the Platinum Medals “Best in Category”. A new tasting among the “Best in Category” has decreed the “Best in Show” Platinum Medal for the Samnite Aglianico.

The award is a source of great pride for the ROSSOVERMIGLIO winery whose business philosophy is the enhancement of the regional autochthonous vineyards vinified in purity, respecting the tradition and the territory, in synergy with the most modern technology which is provided starting from the very harvest 2015. The choices have turned out to be successful and all the ROSSOVERMIGLIO wines of 2015 have won prestigious awards at the most important international wine competitions.

The same Sannio Aglianico 2015 had already obtained, among others, the silver medal at the International Competition “The Selection of the Mayor” in addition to the Golden Star and the Crown of the public in the national guide Vini Buoni d’Italia 2018. If it is true that “Who starts well is half the work” we like to think that the emerging Samnite company ROSSOVERMIGLIO has started in the best way, highlighting an excellent product of the Sannio Beneventano in an excellent international showcase.
