Organoleptic characteristics:
A very particular pink color with yellow and grey reflections. A rich and complex bouquet of intense and persistent notes of wild strawberry, tropical fruits, apple, cherry,
pomegranateand floral notes with hints of rose petals and white flowers. The effervescence give freshness and sapidity. Intense and persistent flavours of wild red fruits.
Food pairing:
Perfect as aperitif and with appetizers; with pizza and tomato based dishes and chocolate cakes, bitter cocoa and orange cakes.
